We had long sitting this morning followed by a nice informal lunch. Troy our House Master once again cooked up an amazing meal. After that it was on to precepts workshop led by co-guiding-teacher Nancy Hedgpath JDPSN. Together we read and discussed “What it means to take Five Precepts” by Neil Bartholomew. A great way to spend a Sunday.
